Used for sheet straightening, band for following process, especially for feeding. Our company offers sheet straighteners from ultrafine for very thin and narrow bands such as 20,0 mm in width and 10,0 mm thick, to huge dimensions such as 2.000,0 mm in width and 10,0 mm thick
Our sheet straighteners have different number of rollers for different types of use: 5 rollers, 7 rollers, 9 rollers, 11 rollers, 17 rollers, 19 rollers, 21 rollers and custom. Diameter of straightening rollers is determined by the thickness of material and by the expected accuracy of straightening.
Adjusting of our sheet straighteners is:
- manual, hand-operated
- motor, power-assisted motor
- programmed motor with memory, automatic, memory
Sheet straightener for trimming, format, platinum has the same system of adjusting and straightening as sheet straightener, only a different propulsion and manipulation with trimming.
Feeding machine, feeder, feed machine, electronical cylindrical, collet, jaw
Used for feeding, feeding the roll, band for the following process, especially for shaping. Our company offers feeding machines from ultrafine for very thin and very narrow bands, such as 20,0 mm in width and 0,2 mm thick, to very huge dimensions, such as 2.000,0 mm in width and 10,0 mm thick. The accuracy of feed is +- 0,05 mm with a rolling wheel correction control or not. The speed of feed is optional, up to max 160 m / min.
Our feeding machines are freely programmable with memory for many tools, where each tool has the angle of feeding saved in memory, the speed of feeding, the angle of release, alternatively other individual parameters.
Electronical table feeds have the cylinders pneumatically or hydraulically held down, realising, airing out, ventilation is freely programmable. These feeders have inrush roller guide, possible to build horizontal or vertical, adjustable guide of band, the ability of eccentric positon of the strip in relation to feed, height adjustment, adjustability, indication, report, controlling the ends of the strip, end of scroll.
